Mivnei Gazit has acquired Paz’s share of Mivnei Gazit Building at 148 Menachem Begin Street in the northern business centre of Tel Aviv for NIS 31.2 million. The purchaser is planning to construct on the plot, where a four story building is presently located, a building that will ultimately comprise 22 stories to be used for commerce and offices.
Mivnei Gazit was represented by Ivtsan-Netzer-Wolecki & Co.
