Azrieli Group purchased from Mivney Gazit an office building known as the “Mivney Gazit Building” located in 148 Menahem Begin St. in Tel Aviv. The building, whose first phase was completed in 2002, includes 4 floors above a commercial ground floor of approximately 6,000 square meters and basement floors as well as unexploited approved building rights of approximately 21,000 square meters above ground, and rights to expand basement floors.
