The public company, Aran Research & Development (1982) Ltd, acting through a subsidiary, has entered into an agreement to invest in Tzidon Polymers Ltd, which deals in the import and distribution of raw materials for the plastics industry. According to the agreement Aran has invested NIS 4,450,000 in Tzidon on and against the allotment of 25% of Tzidon’s issued share capital. Aran has been granted an option for the purchase of a further 25% of Tzidon’s issued share capital.
