Adv. Ivtsan is a founding partner and manager and has extensive experience, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of litigation and commercial law, resulting from more than 20 years spent representing and providing routine legal support to entrepreneurs, leading businessmen and prominent companies, Israeli and foreign, in connection with their business and commercial activity in and outside Israel.
Adv. Ivtsan is well acquainted with the Israeli business community and provides his clients with comprehensive multi-disciplinary counseling combining practical business knowledge and economic understanding based on his many years of counseling leading clients in the business sector for the purpose of achieving the best possible results.
Adv. Ivtsan has special expertise in the field of company law litigation (with an emphasis on disputes in start-up companies and stock exchange companies and disputes between shareholders, directors and officers), in the field of infrastructure and the execution of wide-scale contracting projects, in the field of tenders and in the field of enforcement and compliance (FCPA).
Adv. Ivtsan provides legal support to businessmen and companies in Israel and overseas on all legal aspects of their commercial activity, including investment in ventures, investment in real estate overseas, investment in start-up companies and accompaniment and investigations in the areas of compliance. He formerly served as legal counsel of the Contractors Association’s contractual contractors’ sector and as a special investigator for the Registrar of Amutot.
Adv. Ivtsan was a combat pilot in the Israeli Air Force and actively served in the Reserve (Lieutenant Colonel Reserve) for dozens of years. The values inculcated in him during his years of military service – initiative, assertiveness, flexible thinking, making brave decisions and taking responsibility are implemented by him in his routine professional activity, as finds expression in the court results and transactions handled by him.
Adv. Ivtsan is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law Faculty (1989) (LLB) and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1990 after doing his internship at Dr. J. Segev & Co., Law Offices.
Adv. Ivtsan is currently completing his MA studies (Tel Aviv University) in history of the ancient world.
Adv. Netzer is a founding partner with vast experience, expertise and knowledge in all aspects of commercial and civil law.
Adv. Netzer is head of the firm’s intellectual property department and has specialized in this field for many years, in particular in litigation and action for the enforcement of rights in the field of intellectual property, copyright, designs and trade marks.
Adv. Netzer has for many years represented, provided routine legal support to and counseled some of the most prominent and well-known companies in the world in the communications and entertainment sphere, Adv. Netzer also accompanying legislative processes in the Knesset committees.
In addition, Adv. Netzer’s activity includes registration of trade marks and designs in Israel and overseas.
Adv. Netzer is a licensed mediator of the Israel Bar, served in the past as a research assistant for the late Prof. Smadar Ottolenghi and as a tutor in a bills law course; he is a graduate of Tel Aviv University (1988) (LLB) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1989.
Adv. Wolecki is a founding partner and head of the firm’s real estate department.
Adv. Wolecki has extensive experience, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of real estate, including related legal issues – from the various types of sale agreements, to development and combination transactions, real estate taxation aspects, municipal taxation, TAMA 38, “evacuation and construction” projects, receivership, real estate associations, tenant’s protection, eviction claims and dissolution of land co-ownership, planning and building proceedings, court representation for offences under the Planning and Building Law, claims pursuant to section 197 of the Planning and Building Law, expropriations, administrative petitions and petitions to the High Court of Justice.
In addition, Adv. Wolecki specializes in succession law, the drafting of wills and disputes between heirs.
Adv. Wolecki has in the past presided as chairperson of the Israel Bar’s Planning and Building and Municipal Law Committee and as the Israel Bar’s representative on the Knesset Interior Committee, in discussions pertaining to regulatory aspects of planning and building.

Adv. Schaeftler is a partner of the firm with expertise in all aspects of real estate, and she is in charge of handling a wide range of real estate transactions (residential, commercial and office projects, combination transactions for the purchase of real estate and more). Adv. Schaeftler specializes in the handling of urban renewal projects (“evacuation and construction”) and TAMA 38 projects and provides routine legal counseling for the purchase of the real estate, the various planning proceedings, financial backing for the real estate’s purchase and the project’s construction, co-ownership agreements, the drafting of agreements with performing contractors and consultants, the project’s marketing and registration of the rights.
In the scope of her activity Adv. Schaeftler deals with various aspects vis-à-vis the relevant authorities, including the courts, land taxation authorities, Israel Land Administration, local authorities and land registries.
Adv. Schaeftler has an MBA in commercial law from Tel Aviv University and Berkeley and a law degree (LLB) and business administration degree specializing in financing (BA) from the IDC in Herzlia, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006.
Adv. Disatnik has knowledge, expertise and more than a decade’s experience in handling complex commercial and civil litigation cases. Adv. Disatnik has special expertise in infrastructure and construction claims and in developer-contractor relations. In this framework Adv. Disatnik provides legal representation and guidance to developers and contractors in complex construction claims.
Adv. Disatnik counsels clients in the commercial law sphere and provides routine legal support to companies, which includes the drawing up of contracts and labor law advice.
In addition, Adv. Disatnik specializes in real estate and handles a variety of real estate transactions.
Adv. Disatnik is a graduate of Tel-Aviv University’s Law Faculty (2001) (LLB) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2002.
Adv. Jansen engages in a variety of commercial law aspects and specializes in corporate law, securities law and labor law.
Adv. Jansen provides routine legal counseling and support to private and public companies on corporate and securities aspects, alongside her engagement in civil and commercial litigation.
Adv. Jansen is a graduate of Tel-Aviv University’s Law Faculty (LLB) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2011.
Adv. Drizon joined Ivtsan – Netzer – Wolecki & Co., Law Offices in 2001, initially as an intern and thereafter as a lawyer in the intellectual property and litigation department.
Adv. Drizon’s activity includes the representation of companies and entities in the judicial instances, execution proceedings, representation in complex labor disputes and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
In addition, Adv. Drizon represents the State of Israel in dozens of legal proceedings, including administrative collection proceedings.
Adv. Drizon is a graduate of BarIlanUniversity’s Law Faculty (2011) (LLB) and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2012.
Adv. Moses joined Ivtsan – Netzer – Wolecki & Co. Law Offices in 2013, initially as an intern and thereafter as a lawyer.
Adv. Moses engages in a variety of commercial law aspects and in corporate law, including drawing up of contracts, counseling clients in the commercial law sphere and providing routine legal support to companies. Adv. Moses also practicing civil and commercial litigation.
In addition, Adv. Moses’s activity includes registration of trade marks and designs in Israel and overseas.
Adv. Moses has a law degree (LLB) (Magna Cum Laude) and government degree (BA) (Magna Cum Laude) from the IDC in Herzliya, and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2014.
Adv. Sheinker joined Ivtsan–Netzer–Wolecki & Co. Law Offices in 2015, initially as an intern and thereafter as a lawyer in the real estate department.
Adv. Sheinker is engaged in a variety of real estate transactions alongside matters of law of succession and civil and commercial litigation.
As part of its activities in Russia, she has provided legal services for business and private-owned companies and other organizations and handled transactions in a variety of areas such as labor law, commerce, real estate and more. In addition, Adv. Sheinker has experience in civil, commercial and family matters and law of succession in Russia.
Adv. Sheinker has a master degree (cum laude) in law from the State Academy of Law in Russia (LL.M) and admitted to the Israel Bar in 2016.
Adv. Geri has vast commercial law experience, including in international trade, banking, trusts and more. Adv. Geri has for years provided legal support and counseling to and served as trustee for foreign clients in connection with their investments in Israel.
In recent years most of his work has involved the provision of legal and managerial support for unique real estate projects, in Israel – in the construction of historic buildings, primarily in Tel Aviv, and overseas – in the location of residential projects for purchase and betterment, primarily in Berlin, Germany.
Adv. Geri is a graduate of Tel Aviv University (1987) (LLB) and has an MBA from Bar Ilan University. Adv. Geri was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1988.
Adv. Rosenzweig specializes in intellectual property and has worked in that field for close to 20 years. Adv. Rosenzweig has proven experience and seniority in planning and strategy, registration and licensing, and protection and enforcement of trade marks, designs and copyright in Israel and world-wide. Her clients include small businesses and Fortune 500 companies from Israel and overseas representing all industries. Adv. Rosenzweig works with the companies’ commercial departments and provides her clients with legal support, starting with checking the names’ availability throughout the world and ending with the names’ registration and protection on all the markets.
Adv. Rosenzweig has a B.A. in film and television (1986) and a law degree (LLB) (1995), both from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of international trade mark organizations such as AIPPI and INTA, where she is a member of the prestigious legislative committee dealing with appellations of origin.
