Labour Court orders Tel Aviv University to pay a survivor’s pension to a lecturer’s widow

The Labour Court ordered Tel Aviv University to pay a survivor’s pension of NIS 1.1 million to the widow of a lecturer who the University claimed was not entitled to a pension because there had not been 10 years continuous employment and in the period before his death he had served as an external teacher and was not part of the lecturing staff.

The widow was represented by IVTSAN-NETZER-WOLECKI & Co.
