Poalim Real Estate Fund, a foreign limited partnership, and RMDE Enterprise Ltd have entered into an agreement with Tidhar Beit Shemesh Tower Ltd for the sale of their holdings in Gan Reuven Ltd. Gan Reuven’s main assets are approx. 300 dunams of land that are zoned for the construction of approx. 1,000 low-rise dwelling units. The value of the whole transaction is valued at approx. NIS 40 million.
