The Family Court dismissed a probate application filed by a person who pleaded that an old very wealthy woman from Tel Aviv had left him her whole estate estimated at hundreds of millions NIS as thanks for his diligent care. The 4 nephews of the deceased have submitted an opposition to the application contending that the will is forged and that at the time of its signing the deceased was unable to identify the nature of the will. The court accepted the opposition and declared the nephews as the legal heirs of the deceased
