Construction has begun of a NOP 38 project at Yehuda HaNassi and HaTnaim Streets, Ramat Aviv, Tel Aviv involving an existing building consisting of 32 dwelling units in two wings. In the project eight new dwelling units will be added to the building in consideration for reinforcing the existing building against earthquake, extending the existing apartments, adding balconies, storerooms, elevators and more.
