The Family Court dismissed an application to revoke the probate of a will that an old woman had made in favour of the State even though a subsequent will was produced according to which she had left her estate to the applicant and the applicant’s family. It was held that the applicant had concealed the subsequent will and revealed it only after a long delay, despite being in possession of the subsequent will when the deceased died.
